Create hardware info file?
Hardware Info file is used to assist Technical Support to determine Data Storage Devices configuration and possible issues. Hardware Info file can be created by either from:
- File menu File/Save Hardware Info As... or
- Select Support tab in Command Bar, click Save Hardware Info As... command;
- Select My Computer node in Recovery Explorer and click Save Hardware Info As... command form context menu;
