For freshly initialized (empty) physical disk partition style can be changed at any time from MBR to GPT or from GPT to MBR. To convert partition style, select disk (physical device) in Partition Manager and use Convert to GPT disk command (for MBR partitioned disks) or Convert to MBR disk (for GPT partitioned disks) command from context menu.
You can rollback these partition changes at any time by using Rollback Partition Changes feature.
