Partition or Volume (Logical Drive) can be created on Unallocated space only. To create partition using Partition Manager, select either:
in Partition Manager and click Create New Partition command from toolbar or use command Create New Partition or Create New Volume command from context menu.

You can rollback these partition changes at any time by using Rollback Partition Changes feature.
Only up to four Primary Partitions can be created on MBR disks or up to 128 on GPT disks.
